The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and good wifi. The highlight was the huge covered balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. The location was convenient, being only 10 minutes from the highway and close to Nova Goricia and the Italian border. It would be a great base to explore the area.
That the bedroom and living room were not separate, which could be uncomfortable for groups of friends or non-family members. This was fine for our short stay, but for longer stays, it might not be ideal.

We stayed at Rooms Leban for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was stunning and spotless, with a spacious terrace offering beautiful garden views. The courtyard provided ample parking space, and the villa's lush garden had a playground for kids and a few friendly cats. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options including prosciutto, cheese, eggs, fruits, homemade cakes. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the surrounding countryside was perfect for peaceful walks. The WiFi reception was excellent.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was peaceful and surrounded by greenery, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was the addition of a wider variety of pastries.

The owner of the property is very nice and welcoming. the garden is beautiful and well-maintained. the breakfast quality is excellent, with fresh fruits, eggs, and vegetables from their own garden. the location is very quiet and perfect for hiking or as an overnight stop on a journey from Hungary to Italy.
Felt relaxed, nothing to complain about.
